Infinix recently released the Hot 20 series smartphones in a number of markets around the world. The Infinix Hot 20 Play, Hot 20i, Hot 20, Hot 20S, and Hot 20 5G are all part of the series. According to a recent report, the business may soon offer the Infinix Hot 20 series in India. The brand has now formally promoted the imminent release via its social media outlets.
Infinix is using the hashtag Shuddh5G to indicate that the Infinix Hot 20 5G smartphone would be available in the Indian market soon. The Infinix Hot 20 5G has a 6.6-inch IPS LCD panel with a Full HD+ resolution, a refresh rate of 120Hz, and a touch sampling rate of 240Hz. The phone boots onto the Android 12 operating system, with the XOS 10.6 user interface displayed on top. On the device’s side is a fingerprint sensor.
The Dimensity 810, which provides 5G connectivity, powers the device. The SoC is supported by 4 GB of RAM (with a virtual RAM extension of 3 GB) and 128 GB of internal storage. It has a 5,000mAh battery with 18W charging capability and 5W reverse charging to keep the lights on.

The Infinix Hot 20 5G’s primary camera, the Samsung JN1, has a 50-megapixel resolution and a depth sensor. It has an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. The phone’s camera features include eye tracking, portrait mode, short video mode, and super night mode, to name a few. Additional features include a USB-C connector, a 3.5mm audio jack, dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, NFC (for contactless payments), and GPS.
The Infinix Hot 20 Play has a huge 6.82-inch IPS LCD screen with a refresh rate of 90Hz and an HD+ resolution of 1640 720 pixels. Further, the device comes packed with Android 12 with Infinix’s XOS UI on top.
The Infinix Hot 20 Play is powered by a MediaTek Helio G37 CPU and 4 GB of RAM. The smartphone comes with two storage options: 64 GB and 128 GB. The device has a microSD card slot for additional storage. It has an 8-megapixel selfie camera on the front. The back of the device houses a 13-megapixel primary camera, an AI lens, and an LED flash. A fingerprint scanner is also housed in the back casing. The device also supports facial recognition.
The Infinix Hot 20 Play comes with two speakers and a 3.5mm audio connector. The lights are powered by a 6,000mAh battery with an 18W charging capacity. Dual SIM, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and a USB Type-C port are among the standard connectivity features. Also, the phone has dimensions of 171 x 78 x 8.5mm and weighs approximately 209.6 grams.
