Chopra Jonas said that in the last two years, people have had to deal with some of the most difficult problems. “We face an urgent need for the stability and progress, and for America, that begins on November 8th. The star stated that she is ineligible to vote in the United States, but her husband Nick Jonas, and daughter Malti Marie Jonas will.  “While I do not have the right to vote in this nation, my husband does, and my daughter will one day. My talk with VP Harris focused on the most critical concerns, which must be handled with a clear vision and plan. “, Chopra-Jonas stated.

Earlier in her speech, she said that women in India have been able to hold the highest elected positions, but that this is not the case in the United States. “It is really perplexing to me that in this country [the US], magnificent land of so much opportunity and so much transformation, we have not seen that final glass ceiling cracked,” Chopra Jonas added.

Harris is the first female Vice President of the United States, the first black American, and the first South Asian American. Chopra Jonas was most recently seen in the Keanu Reeves-led “The Matrix Resurrections.” She will next be seen in The Russo Brothers’ “Citadel” and “It’s All Coming Back To Me,” both starring alongside Sam Heughan.
