According to sources, famous comedian and actor Raju Srivastava is not recovering and his health has deteriorated as of Thursday. He has been hospitalized for more than a week now and still, there is no improvement. His condition remains critical at AIIMS, Delhi. Sunil Pal, his close friend, told that Raju is brain dead, earlier today in a video. Sunil said, “I just spoke to Raju’s nephew Kushal a while back and I have got to know that Raju’s brain is not functioning”.
As per the reports, his blood pressure levels were very yesterday but stabilized now. Siting health complications, Dr. Padma Srivastava, a top neurologist has been assigned to take care of Raju’s case. Raju’s nephew told the same by saying, “We are hoping and praying for a miracle. Yes, Dr. Padma Srivastava is flying to Delhi from Kolkata, she should be here by this evening. As we speak, Raju ji’s condition has become very critical.”

Raju Srivastava, also famous as Gajodhar, got into the limelight as second runner-up in comedy with the talent show The Great Indian Laughter Challenge and finished as second runner-up. He also won “The King of Comedy” title in The Great Indian Laughter Challenge – Champions. Apart from this, he was also featured in Big Boss (Season 3) and Comedy Ka Maha Muqabala.
He was also an active member of the Bhartiya Janta Party, which joined on 19th March 2014. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi nominated him as part of the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and he promoted cleanliness with various videos and events in different cities.
Everyone is praying for his recovery and doctors are giving their best to save him. Raju is 58 years old and has featured in many popular shows and Bollywood movies in his career.
